Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and individual customer segments.
  • Promote car rental services and related offerings to prospective clients.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure bookings and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the car rental industry.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure some smooth service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

  • Degree in Sales, Business Development, Marketing (sales-focused), Business Administration, or related
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong hands-on sales experience (direct selling, client acquisition, closing deals).
  • Marketing-only backgrounds are not suitable, though some marketing exposure is acceptable as a support skill.
