Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and individual customer segments.
Promote car rental services and related offerings to prospective clients.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure bookings and contracts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the car rental industry.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure some smooth service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

Degree in Sales, Business Development, Marketing (sales-focused), Business Administration, or related
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales or business development.
Strong hands-on sales experience (direct selling, client acquisition, closing deals).
Marketing-only backgrounds are not suitable, though some marketing exposure is acceptable as a support skill.
