Human Resources Officer

We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified & experienced Human Resources Officer with the required skills to focus on all aspects of our H.R. functions.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (IPMZ Qualification an added advantage)
• 5 years’ experience as an H.R. personnel
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and H.R. best practices & systems
• Knowledge of industrial relations
• Extensive knowledge of performance management systems
• Ability to use Belina system
• Clean driver’s licence

Skills Required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, good customer service, good interpersonal skills, professionalism, computer literacy

Attributes: Well groomed, out – going and have a people oriented personality. Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
