Configure and support HCM sub modules

Major activities of the job

– Design and create custom report to meet some requirements
– Setting up security & authorization.
– Creating custom infotype or creating a new field to be included in the standard infotype.
– Creation of Wage type to meet user requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or IT-related discipline.
– SAP HCM certification a must.

Competencies

– Knowledge of SAP (HCM) solution capabilities and business process configurations
– Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process.- Thorough knowledge of business processes within area of expertise.
– HR module implementation and support experience.
– Excellent consultancy skills and pro-active attitude.
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
– Experience in writing functional requirements / designs.
