Human Resources Officer

A food processing company is seeking for a Human Resources Officer who can develop effective relationship with line managers and provide a professional HR service to the business.

Responsibilities

• Performance management-deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture.
• Recruitment and selection —direct and manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Learning and development-implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
• Human Resources policy-Develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
• Report and management of human resources metrics —produce reports on key metrics, including remunerations and benefits, absenteeism and turnover.
• Attending to disciplinary hearings as well as labor cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Social Science Honors degree in Human Resources.
• A Master’s Degree is an-added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

Five years and above industrial experience.
