Based in Harare and reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the job purpose is to assist in all operational and administrative HR activities, delivering efficient service and support. The Assistant will be responsible for Payroll Administration, Records management, Support Recruitment and selection processes and lead in some general HR and administration duties and report writing.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Industrial/ organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management , Business Management or a related degree.
• Minimum 2 years hands on experience in a similar role .
• NGO experience is an advantage.
• Applicants must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive.
• Good Teamwork and able to work in a dynamic team
• Effective communicator
• Articulate and able to make presentations
