We are looking for vibrant and trailblazing individuals to join our team in the following role(s):Training Officer- Business Studies

Reporting to the Social Worker, the successful candidate will equip rehabilitees with technical and business skills to enable them to be re-employed and/or set up self-help projects to sustain themselves.

Key Outputs
 Assist rehabilitees in drawing up their budgets for materials they might want to use.
 Carry out training need analysis to assess suitability of possible trainees.
 Scheme and plan lessons in business planning and management to facilitate training.
 Impart knowledge and skills in simple methods for either re-employment and/or undertake self-help income generating projects.
 Impart to trainees the basic methods of costing of finished goods and marketing them.
 Set, administer and mark oral, written and practical tests to assess progress.
 Design and administer tutorials for slow learners and special cases.

Qualifying Requirements
 A Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
 1-3 years relevant experience in a teaching or adult education environment.
