Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on-site security personnel, including static guards, mobile patrol teams, and contracted security providers.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement site-specific security measures in compliance with Zimbabwean laws.
- Investigate security incidents, including theft, illegal mining, trespassing, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with recommendations.
- Ensure security equipment, including CCTV systems, radios, alarms, vehicle tracking systems, and perimeter security infrastructure, is operational and properly utilised.
- Maintain accurate security records, including Occurrence Books (OB), patrol logs, incident reports, and investigation files.
