Key Responsibilities
- Administer informed consent and ensure adherence to both the study protocol and ethical guidelines at all times.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection and that data are uploaded to the server daily.
- Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of participant records and electronic data collection tablets during fieldwork.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, A valid Good Clinical Practice Certificate before commencement of work.
- Experience in quantitative data collection using android-based data collection tools e.g. ODK, EpiCollect5, KoboCollect etc.
- Experience in the NGO sector will be an added advantage
- High level of work ethic, integrity and attention to detail, Possession of good interpersonal skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, must have good planning and problem – solving skills, good communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to communicate effectively to all team members, Excellent organizational skills
