Applications are invited from suitably qualified and expencnced individuals for the following post on fixed term contract: Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision of liquor, bookings and butchery outlets daily.

Stores management

Ensure that all cash is collected and banked on daily basis

Stock takes in Beerhall and butchery

Supervision of Cashiers and Matron.

Qualifications

5 ‘0’ level including English and Maths

Diploma in Hotel and Catering/Marketing Biusiness

Management

Computer literate

Able to use electronic cash register.

Must be 25 years and above.

At least 1 year working experience in a similar field.
