Projects and Administration Officer – POSB

Basic Function
Reporting to the Financial Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing projects, property maintenance and valuation and maintaining asset register

Major Activities of The Job

  • Identifies land banks to develop
  • Coordinates property development projects
  • Conducts property valuations and compile reports
  • Provides advice on property acquisitions and disposals
  • Manages property lease agreements
  • Maintains a composite master asset register

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Rural and Urban Planning or equivalent
  • Valuation Certificate

Experience and Skills

  • 3 Years experience in project management
  • Contract management Skills
  • Mature individual with good negotiation skills
