Human Resources Assistant 

Job Purpose

The Human Resources Assistant will assist to ensure the proactive, effective and efficient implementation of SC’s Human Resources systems, policies and procedures to enable smooth programme implementation.

Qualifications Skills and Experience

• A minimum of an HND in Human Resources Management. IPMZ an added advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position covering all Human Resources functions. Experience in an NGO environment will be an added advantage.
• Practical and well-grounded experience in using Belina payroll and Human Resources Information Systems(HRIS) data bases is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in application of Zimbabwean Labour laws and employee relations in a multi-cultural environment.
