Human Resources Advisor

• Providing advisory services to Managers covering all aspects of recruitment, selection and placement of employees.
• Managing employee contracts for both permanent and fixed term employees.
• Assisting with development and/or amendment of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Ensuring that the Company complies with the Zimbabwean labour laws and all labour related statutory instruments governing the Mining industry.
• Ensuring that employee engagement remains very cordial.
• Managing employee on-boarding process.
• Providing Human Resources analytics for management use.
• Monitoring talent management processes and interventions.

Minimum Requirements

• A Social Science or Human Resources Management degree from a recognised and reputable institution of higher learning.
• At least 5 years post graduate learnership hands on experience in a Mining or Heavy manufactunng industry
• Must have passion for people with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team olaver of note and an excellent communicator
• Performance and results driven
• Valid clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Knowledge of community and external relations will be an added advantage
