Qualifications

Minimum B.Sc. Sc degree, B.Com Human Resources Management or equivalent is required, Post graduate diploma in Labour economics, Human Resources Management, IPMZ Personnel training or equivalent, 7-9 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management and of Labour Relations, 4 years of which should be in a senior managerial job, a MBA or relevant Master’s degree an advantage
