DIRECTOR-PROPERTY SAYINGS
Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees thePropert Savings division of the company Roll out the implementation of the newly developed PropertySave product. Develop implementation systems in the department. Advertise and market the PropertySave Product and popularise it in the market
• Create a database for all members of the PropertySave Scheme.

• Continuously review and improve the PropertySave product.
• Ensure that the PropertySave scheme is well insured to avoid any loss to both the company and the clients.
• In liaison with other departments, ensure that the PropertySave savings are well invested to guarantee a return of the savings to the company and ensure that the PropertySave Fund will not collapse.
• Creating innovative ideas and strategic thinking in other new products to be developedin the department.
• Run a fully functional savings and investment scheme

Qualifications/ Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance Finance/ Pensions or other relevant degree.
• Masters’ Degree in Investment Finance or pension management is an added advantage
• 5 years’ experience in fund management is a must
• Experience in real estate and property development will be essential
