Management of branches under one’s Area

Duties And Responsibilities

• Managing and being accountable for the region in all aspects of the business.
• Ensuring Excellent Customer Service in all branches in a region
• Sales Performance and profitability
•  Brand management and Promotions
•  Overseeing that the branches are operating within targets, standards, policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down from time to time
•  Business Development and Customer liaisons

Qualifications And Experience

•  Minimum: Degree in any area of Business
• At least 5 years experience in operations management
•  Retail or branch management experience elsewhere is an added advantage
• Should be resident in Mutare
• Willing and able to travel across the country
•  Driver’s License is a must
