Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day engagement with the social media agency and monitor social media activity.
- Update website content and support digital platform maintenance.
- Develop and publish approved digital content and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Support email marketing and digital customer engagement initiatives.
- Draft communications for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate media coverage and maintain media contact databases.
- Assist in preparing press releases, media statements and fact sheets.
- Support executive communication requirements, speeches and presentations.
- Monitor media coverage and compile media reports.

Requirements
- BCom Marketing Degree
- MCom Marketing
- Industry-recognised Digital Marketing Certifications will be an added advantage.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Brand Management.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content development.
- Experience supporting communication campaigns and media activities.
- Exposure to the financial services sector or regulated industries.
- Experience working with agencies and suppliers is desirable.
