Key Responsibilities

  • Operate crushing system equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and promptly respond to operational abnormalities such as material blockages, belt misalignment, or equipment faults.
  • Monitor the operating condition of jaw crushers, cone crushers, conveyor belts, and screening equipment.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and lubrication in accordance with maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the crushing section.
  • Accurately complete production and inspection records.
  • Assist with general operational activities to ensure safe and efficient production.

Requirements

  • At least five (5) Ordinary Level passes, including English.
  • A Certificate in Mineral Processing, Plant Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience operating crushing, screening, or conveyor equipment is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
