– HR information systems and analytics

Reporting to the learning and development manager, the job is based in Harare and responsible for the following:

Summary of duties

– Generating various HR reports from SAP and any other HR Data.
• Analysis of Human Resources Information (HR Metrics)
• HR metrics presentation and reporting.
• Provide up to date key HR metrics as and when required.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• 5 “0” Levels passes with Maths and English.
• Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources Management or related.
• Training in SAP (HCM) or any other related HR Information Systems is a MUST.
• At least 3 years’ experience in dealing with HR information systems.
• Competency in Payroll Administration using payroll packages will be an added advantage
