• More than 10 years’ experience in tobacco business with full knowledge in tobacco buying, blending, processing and marketing
• Ability to supervise storage and shipping of the crop.
• Ability to interact with farmers at the Auction Floors
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to operate with minimum supervision
• A competitive package will be revealed to the short-listed candidates.
