Key Responsibilities

• Presenting And Selling Company Products And Services To Potential And Existing Clients.
• Generating Leads Through Cold Calling And Managing The Sales Funnel.
• Following Up On Referrals And Maintaining Client Relationships.
• Developing Strategies For Account Retention And Business Expansion.
• Preparing Action Plans, Schedules, And Status Reports For Clients.
• Collaborating With Team Members To Achieve Sales Targets.
• Handling Client Communications, Conflict Resolution, And Ensuring Compliance.
• Gathering Customer Feedback And Sharing Insights With Internal Teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales or related roles, preferably within ICT.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant ICT certifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
