Candidate Specification: Degree/HND Professional Cookery, Tourism and Hospitality, Class 1 Journey man is an added advantage, Min 5 years’ experience in fine dining and upmarket experience at that level, Training back ground, computer literacy, Menu planning and costing, Financial acumen, Computer literacy, Admin and People skills, Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS
