Cooks x5 – Zuva Petroleum

• A minimum of 5 O levels including  English
• A certificate in cookery / Food Preparation and Cooking
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post qualification working  experience
• Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important

Duties ad responsibilities 

• An all-round cook who can competently, economically prepare and timeously present quality food
• Perform-mise-en-place
• Plans and prepare meals as per the weekly menu to ensure a consistent quality product for all staff
• Purchase ingredients as and when needed
• Reconcile stocks on a daily basis
• Clean cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment
• Keep a sanitized and  orderly environment in the kitchen and properly dispose of waste in appropriate receptacles
• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly
• Perform all duties in line with catering services as assigned by the depot supervisor
