Key Responsibilities

  • Develop optimal replenishment orders using forecasting and planning tools.
  • Balance service levels, inventory targets, capacity constraints and customer delivery requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels, demand changes, lead times, delivery windows, network flows and new product introductions.
  • Identify stock availability risks through demand analysis, inventory monitoring and forecast reviews.
  • Lead mitigation actions including stock allocation and customer replenishment priorities.
  • Communicate supply risks and recovery plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as an operational contact for customers regarding stock-related issues.
  • Provide visibility on supply risks, stock movements and recovery plans.
  • Support improved distribution centre-to-store performance and reduced stock losses.
  • Resolve order fulfilment challenges including delivery delays, load optimisation and appointment constraints.
  • Support accurate order fulfilment aligned with OTIF and COF performance measures.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in replenishment, forecasting and order processing.
  • Promote automation, data-driven decision-making and system improvements.

Requirements

  • A College/University degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • 2-4 years’ operational experience in order fulfilment or a similar market/trade environment.
  • Experience working with customers in a collaborative environment is beneficial.
  • Experience in Physical Logistics, Sales Support or related Supply Chain functions is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, customer service practices and sales order management.
  • Understanding of logistics processes, transport optimisation and route determination.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, EDI processes and Office applications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
