One ot the must soughs after last growing organisations in the financial services sector has an exciting career opportunity for a highly qualified, competent and experienced person to fill the above cited position within its structure based in Zimbabwe.

Key Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for the collection of all debts which will entail:

• Analyze bad debts on ageing and recommend collection strategies/actions on all non-performing loans

• Trace defaulters and handle customers with bad debts through visits, demand letters, telephone calls, emails and other acceptable communication.

•Establish conducts and relationships with relevant bodies that regulate or will assist in the collection a aivides

• Contact relevant employers with outstanding debts in line with policy and procedures where relevant.

Negotiate, set up and monitor payment arrangements in accordance with policy and procedures. Monitor compliance to the law on repossession and disposal of assets of loans that have defaulted

• Refer matters for legal recovery action and blacklisting where necessary

• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on collections performance and strategies

Person Specification

• At least 3 years’ experience in debt collection:

• Relevant Diploma or better, and computer literate

• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
