The successfui candidate is expected to commence immediately
Key Duties:

• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary

• Take and deliver messages accurately and completely

• Clearly determine the purpose of all calls

• Assisting clients In finding their way around the office

• Sorting and distributing mail

• Photocopying and collate documents

• Keep reception area clean and neat

• Perform ad-hoc administration duties

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• 5 0 levels including Mathematics and English

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• At least a diploma in secretarial studies or office practice, any other qualifications are an added advantages

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Solid wntten and verbal communication skills • Consistent, professional dress and conduct.
