Candidate Specification: Degree / HND in Hospitality Management / Business Management, five to ten years’ experience at managerial level, Clean Class 4 Driver’s license, DDL, Computer Literacy, Financial acumen, Fine Dining / upmarket dining experience / Food and Beverages Management experience in large hotels / operations, Project Management experience and familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
