Programs Intern

A local non-governmental organisation whose work revolves around promoting women participation in local development in Chikomba is looking for a Programs Intern to start as soon as possible.

Recruitment is currently being conducted and the incumbent is preferably to be residing in Chikomba

Duties and Responsibilities

Organizes trainings, roundtables, networking events and other activities to achieve the goal of the organization; Responsible for writing innovative project proposals, activity and project reports; Assembles and authors training curricula for organizational projects with the help of consultants; Develops work plans, budgets and progress reports as required by management and other partners; Represents the organization to NGO partners, government officials, funding sources, other partners, beneficiaries, and at conferences and other outreach opportunities; Ensures monitoring and evaluation activities and reporting meet Youth Forum standards and are completed on schedule; Responsible for implementing activities in accordance with project or activity budgets.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Social Sciences/Development studies; A strong command of the English language.
