KEY RESULT AREAS

• Contributes to the development and implementation of contract management plans by sourcing documents and established contract, as well as monitoring performance and addressing non-performance, to achieve the required contract outcomes Administers contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans and procedures and update contract details to maintain the integrity of contract information
• Interprets and explains contract requirements, and Perms and conditions to stackeholders to support compliance with statutory and policy requirements and inform decision-making.
• Establishes and maintains stakeholder and supplier relationships to Identify and minimize risk, and maximize the value from the contract
• Proactively identifies and manages contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract
• Performance Management in the context of IRBM

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Supply-chain Management/Procurement/Law.
• At least five (5) years post: qualifying experience, at middle management Level.
• Post graduate qualification in Management (e.g. MBA:MBL or Mac) or Diploma in CIPS will be an added advantage
• A clean class 4 driver’s license is a must,
