Key Responsibilities
- Operations Officer (x5) Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily deployment of security personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Monitor security operations and respond to incidents.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure guards maintain professional standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling and deployment planning.
- Conduct risk assessments.

- Operations Officer (x5) Minimum Requirements:
- Be aged 25 years and above.
- Have a minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes, including English Language.
- Hold a Diploma in Security Management or equivalent qualification.
- Be medically fit.
- Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
- Be willing and able to ride a motorcycle.
- Be computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Have a clean criminal record.
- Previous commercial security industry experience is an added advantage.
- Cadet Operations Officer Minimum Requirements:
- Be between 20 and 25 years of age.
- Have at least 2 Advanced Level passes and English Language at Ordinary Level.
- Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
- Be medically fit.
- Be computer literate.
- Be willing to complete six months of intensive training.
- Demonstrate interest in a long-term security career.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Be willing and able to ride a motorcycle.
- Have no criminal record.
- Be disciplined, honest, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- No previous commercial security experience is required.

- Be aged 30 years and above.
- Be physically fit.
- Hold a valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
- Have at least five years’ experience in the commercial security industry.
