- A valid and clean Class 1 Driver’s Licence with requisite endorsements, a valid medical certificate, retest, and a valid Defensive Driving Certificate (DDC).
- A minimum of five (5) years’ practical experience in heavy fleet management and operations, including proven experience operating staff buses and articulated heavy trucks.
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, job card procedures, and practical experience with vehicle tracking/telematics systems (e.g., Cartrack, Connected Car).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and computerized fleet/maintenance management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure with high integrity and professionalism.
