Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares and checks nurse documents for registrations renewal and licensing
  • Collects accurate, confidential, physical and digital nurse registries.
  • Responds to walk-in, telephonic, and email public inquiries.
  • Receipts payments and reconciles daily regional statistics / transactions.
  • Dispatches official certificates, badges, and other nurse regalia securely.
  • Coordinates logistics for regional inspections and other related matters

Requirements

  • At least a Degree in Records Management
  • A Diploma in Accounting and an Office Administration background of not less than 1 year will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in a regulatory body or healthcare sector is also an added advantage.
  • High proficiency in computers and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clean record of integrity and strong interpersonal skills
