Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating deliveries of programme materials, supplies, and equipment to field locations.
- Support preparation and tracking of distribution lists, waybills, goods dispatched notes, and delivery documents.
- Monitor deliveries and distributions and update records in the NPA ERP system.
- Assist with sourcing vendor quotations and preparing comparison sheets.
- Support preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Track order status and maintain complete procurement files.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with donor requirements and NPA procurement policies.
- Assisting with receiving, inspecting, and storing goods in warehouses and stores.
- Maintaining bin cards, stock cards, and inventory records.
- Supporting monthly and quarterly stock counts and spot checks.
- Ensuring proper stock rotation, labelling, and stores housekeeping.
- Vehicle scheduling for field trips, deliveries, and staff movements.
