Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Cost effective upkeeping of interior premises, plants and flowers.
  • 2. Collecting consumables daily from stores.
  • 3. Sanitising NBSZ premises.
  • 4. Setting up and packing equipment and consumables for bleeding sessions.
  • 5. Sorting waste according to type in line with safety and health recommendations.
  • 6. Cleaning and maintaining interior NBSZ premises, equipment and utensils in line with health and safety regulations.
  • 7. Serving donors with refreshments.
  • 8. Preparing meals for staff.
  • 9. Observing donors for any adverse reactions post donation and notifying the Registered General Nurse/Team Leader.
  • 10. Disposing waste from premise interiors to exterior designated waste disposal sites.

Requirements

  • 1. A minimum of five Ordinary Level passes including English Language.
  • 2. First Aid course is an added advantage.
