Human Resources Services Manager (Head Offices)

Contributes as a member of the HR management team to the development of an overall In line with the business.,

 

Oversees recommendations, development and implementation of sound recruitment policies and Procedures to ensure vacancies are filled with most suitable candidates in terms of Job requirements and in complier with organization

 

Advises line management and staff on the application of relevant HR Wines and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable management information that facilitates executive decision making.

 

Prepares monthly and annual reports on activities, projects and outputs to ensure accurate and reliable management information that facilitates executive decision making.

 

Oversees management of submission of accurate statutory reports by required deadlines.
Oversees management of implementation and maintenance of QA certification for the department. Performs the full HR consultant function for the managing pathologists/partners.

 

Negotiate and agree terms for frames and deliveries with CEO for implementation of projects. Oversees management and maintenance of budget or cost variances for the department.
Manages EAP program.
Oversees annual PM processes. BARC and Elab.
Oversees HR administrative and HR support functions to ensure compliance with relevant standard operating procedures won, instructions and relevant legislation.
Design, implement and manage occupational assessment policy and processes. Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of HRIS to ensure improved service delivery to users. Oversee special projects as assigned by group HR Manager.

 

 

Qualification and Experience:
Any social sciences degree, plus a post graduate qualification as an added advantage.
Anatomy, physiology and medical terminology relevant to medical pathology.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, 2-3years in supervisory role.
Computer literate , attention to detail and ability to handle work- related pressure Knowledge, application and analysis of legislative and statutory requirements pertaining to education , training and skills development
