Candidate Specification: Degree/HND Professional Cookery, Class 1 Journey man, Min five years’ experience in fine dining and upmarket cuisine experience at that level, Training back ground, computer literacy, Menu planning and costing, Computer literacy, Administration, organization and People skills, Familiar with ISO 9001:2015.
