• The ideal incumbent must have a relevant qualification and at least 5 years executive chef experience in a 4 or 5 star facility.
• The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team, plan and implement menus and monitor all kitchen aspects.
• Solid interpersonal skills are essential as well as strong organizational skills, and the ideal candidate must have experience in gourmet meal preparation.
