Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Environmental Health and Safety Management or equivalent
• Membership of a recognized professional institution
• At least 3 years post graduate experience
• Clean Class 4 driver’s licence
• Project management experience an added advantaged

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identifies and raises awareness of environmental issues for the projects
• Ensures production and maintenance of safety and environmental programmes
• Ensures the company’s environmental and safety policy is implemented
• Carries out routine or unplanned visits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental legislation and taking action to improve conditions
• Advises on planning and licensing applications
• Monitors and evaluates sites.
