An exciting opportunity has risen to join a fast growing paint manufacturing company as an Creditors Clerk.

Applications are invited from suitably qualifies and experienced persons.

The role requires someone with a National Diploma/ Degree in Accounting.

At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

The Role implies carrying out the following duties;

1 Make rental payments for branches and other premises.

2 Carrying out all statutory payments such as ZIMRA & NSSA payments.

3 Making admin groceries and raw materials purchases.

4 Making water and rates-payments.

5 Faxing pops & follow ups.

6 Faxing statements & follow ups.

7 Making all other once-off payments.

8 Posting GRNS & supplier invoices.

9 Listing of all outstanding payments both -local & foreign.

10 Carrying out a clean creditor’s age analysis both weekly and monthly.

11 Listing all payments made to supplier –RTGS, ECOCASH, CASH.
