Key Responsibilities
- Sell IBR sheets and other building materials.
- Promote newly introduced products.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor research.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good understanding of the local construction and building materials market.
- Must reside in Ruwa, Harare, or nearby areas.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
