Key Responsibilities

• Receipt and accurately record all cash collections into the system.
• Ensure all cash received is banked intact and within stipulated timelines.
• Process and reconcile daily cash transactions.
• Attend to van sales cashing requirements and related documentation.
• Represent the company during cash collections by approved Cash-in-Transit service providers.
• Prepare and submit daily cash reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company cash handling procedures and controls.
• Assist with reconciliations and any finance-related administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cash office, cashiering, or cash handling environment.
• Good knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and customer service skills.
• High levels of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
