TSURO Trust is a community-based organization in Chimanimani District.

Applicants should possess the following prerequisites

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business or Office Administration/Psychology or a related discipline; IPMZ qualification; A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the field of human resources management; Experience working in NGOs is an added advantage; Expertise in Payroll Packages, such as Bellina and Pastel; Extensive knowledge of and ability to interpret Labour Laws; Experience in purchasing and supply; A clean class 4 driver’s licence; An extrovert, results-driven, team player with excellent communication skills and an attitude compatible with organizational culture of community empowerment.
