Qualifications

Applicants must be a PhD holder in Human Resources.
The candidates must have lecturing/ tutoring experience at tertiary Institutional level with at least 3 to 5 years lecturing experience. A record of successful supervision of students at both Masters and Doctoral levels will be an added advantage Duties and Responsibilities The candidate must be able to teach at least four of the following courses at undergraduate level Human Resources Management, compensation, Strategic management, Human Capital planning. Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Management, Labour Law Human Capital Management. Human Capital Development, Change Management, Organisational behavior, Health, Safety and Wellness Industrial and Labour Relations and Introduction to Sociology
