Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver induction, refresher, and practical security training.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals, schedules, and assessments.
  • Train guards in guarding duties, drill, department, customer care, self-defense, and company policies.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programmes with HR and Operations.
  • Ensure training complies with statutory and company requirements.
  • Evaluate training programmes and address operational skills gaps.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Security & Risk Management or related/ relevant field.
  • Training & Development/ Instructional Design certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant training/ instructional experience, preferably in security.
  • Military, police, or security training background is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to conduct outdoor/ practical training.
