Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver induction, refresher, and practical security training.
- Develop and maintain training manuals, schedules, and assessments.
- Train guards in guarding duties, drill, department, customer care, self-defense, and company policies.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programmes with HR and Operations.
- Ensure training complies with statutory and company requirements.
- Evaluate training programmes and address operational skills gaps.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Security & Risk Management or related/ relevant field.
- Training & Development/ Instructional Design certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant training/ instructional experience, preferably in security.
- Military, police, or security training background is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and willing to conduct outdoor/ practical training.
