Key Responsibilities
- Tutoring undergraduate courses including Financial Reporting, Advanced Financial Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Management & Cost Accounting and any other modules as assigned by the Department board
- Actively participate in community outreach activities
- Participate in University income generation projects
- Contribute significantly to the research, innovation and industrialization activities
- Perform academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Department Board
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Accounting/ BCom Honours degree in Accounting and Finance/ BSc Honours in Accounting or equivalent obtained from a reputable institution
- Degree classification of upper second class (2.1) or better
- At least five Ordinary Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
- Applicants must be 30 years of age or below
- Must enrol for Master’s Degree within the first year of employment
