Key Responsibilities

• Develop and post job advertisement on various platforms
• Source and screen candidates through CV reviews, interviews and assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring organisations
• Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and pipeline for current and future vacancies
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist hiring managers in developing job descriptions and specifications
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labour laws
• Maintain a positive client interface when undertaking all recruitment processes

Requirements

• A degree in HRM, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn
• Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and match them to job requirements
• Excellent organisational and and time management abilities
