The Opportunity

RAN Mines (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Security Guard to join our security team. Reporting to the Security Officer, the Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company assets, employees, and visitors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Enforce access control and prevent unauthorized entry

• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures

• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies

• Maintain detailed reports and documentation of incidents

• Patrol premises on foot and by vehicle to deter and detect irregularities

• Safeguard property and equipment from theft, sabotage, and damage

• Conduct armed response when required

• Perform observation and surveillance to detect suspicious activities

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in military or law enforcement, with firearm handling experience

• Minimum 5 O’ Level passes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail, able to work independently and in a team

• Clean criminal record (candidates will be vetted)
