The successful candidate will be based in Zimbabwe and will report to the General Manager and will be charged with the following responsibilities;
- Assist in managing and training of staff.
- Responsibility over branch administrative functions.
- Identify new niche markets and develop appropriate sales approaches to leverage the benefits of the company products.
- Achieve sales of the wide range of products, sales plans, budgets and strategies within the business unit in order to grow revenue and profit margins from sales.
- Manage the debts and ensure debtor rating is maintained at an acceptable rating.
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing business unit exhibitions, promotions, open days and trade fairs focused on select target customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- An engineering degree with at least 2nd Class Upper Honours qualification.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a busy engineering institution.
- Aproven sales record with good customer service skills.
- A driver’s license, basic computer skills.
- Knowledge in water and solar solution of products is an added advantage.
- A self-starter, energetic and go-getter who can work without close supervision.
- Integrity, hard work ethic and good presentation skills.
- Be a natural forward planner, credible and comfortable dealing with company executives.
