Suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates are invited to apply for the position of RPA Specialist which has arisen in Technology Services Department.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Web Developer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among others:

Evaluating processes and make recommendations with regard to their potential and suitability for RPA and work effort estimation
Creating and maintaining the project lifecycle, Solution Design Document (SDD/BRD) including detailed RPA solution process flows and technical specification.
Designing and developing RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles.
Driving RPA solutions through test, change management, and production readiness cycles.
Providing operational and change management support for all RPA developments

Managing the virtual workforce, maintaining deployed robotics capabilities, business volume scaling, load balancing and allocation of software robots to meet agreed SLAs with business units.
Mentoring colleagues through RPA training and accreditation programs, providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.
Ensuring that Systems and Applications comply with regulatory bodies such as RBZ, PCI, ZimSwitch.

Skills and Experience

Provable experience with either Blue Prism or UiPath
Experience with Process Analysis, Design and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem –Solving and Systems Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an added advantage.
Attention to detail.
3 to 4 years of professional experience in programming, SQL and enterprise application development.

Educational Qualifications

First Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Informatics.
At least 2 process automation related Certifications.
