Developing and implementing the Office’s ICT strategy in alignment with its strategic objectives. Providing strategic leadership and direction in technology, digital transformation and innovation. Overseeing the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of ICT systems and applications. Leading the digitalization and automation of business processes, including the management of deceased estates, insolvency matters, records and information. Developing and implementing appropriate cybersecurity, data protection and information security frameworks. Establishing effective data governance, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity mechanisms. Overseeing the development and implementation of electronic records and document management systems. Advising management and the Board on emerging technologies and their potential application to the Office. Managing ICT projects, budgets, contracts, service providers and technology-related procurement. Ensuring that ICT investments provide value for money and support improved service delivery. Developing and enforcing ICT policies, standards, procedures and governance frameworks. Monitoring ICT risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards and government ICT policies. Leading and developing the ICT team, including performance management, skills development and capacity building. Promoting the effective use of technology across all departments and stations of the Office. Establishing systems for technical support and ensuring timely resolution of ICT-related challenges. Preparing regular ICT performance, risk and project implementation reports for management and the Board. Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authority.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field from a recognised institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field is a prerequisite.
- A relevant professional qualification in ICT, cybersecurity, project management, information systems or related discipline will be an added advantage.
- At least eight (8) years’ relevant experience in ICT, with a minimum of five (5) years at managerial or senior management level.
- Demonstrable experience in ICT strategy development and implementation.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, systems integration and business process automation.
- Experience in managing ICT projects, budgets and technology service providers.
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, databases, networking and modern digital platforms.
