Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a well-seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must have strong and traceable retail experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. The Restaurant Operations Manager will be part of the company’s leadership team, overseeing operational performance, staff efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that set operational standards in customer service are met, and that all outlets serve customers consistently and professionally.

• Ensure that all staff are smartly and correctly dressed at all times, adhering to rules pertaining to food handling and hygiene.

• Verify that standard food preparation procedures are strictly followed to guarantee top-quality food, packed and served in the correct manner.

• Monitor manpower levels on each shift, and promptly report any staff shortages or overstaffing issues to the Human Resources department.

• Conduct spot checks on staff and hold them accountable for violations of company regulations and standards.
